Current and Past Projects
Black & Black Surgical
We built a competitor cross-reference catalog covering roughly 41,000 products from 17 manufacturers, an embeddable chat assistant that answers catalog questions and takes quote requests, and a pipeline that matches incoming requests for quotation against the catalog. We also mapped their operations into a roadmap of 21 scoped AI projects, delivered as a monthly retainer, and manage a dedicated server and workstation for the account.
Local lead-generation network
A templated network of local-service sites, one per city, each with neighborhood pages, pricing, and a quote form. The sites rank in the top ten for their city searches in several markets and have produced around 180 real customer requests since January 2026. Leads are routed to local suppliers through our own lead-distribution platform.
Lead distribution and chat platform
A multi-tenant platform that ingests leads from all our sites, categorizes them with a language model, matches them to client accounts, and sells them to local businesses. Its companion chat widget qualifies visitors and captures contact details on any client website, with a separate tenant and prompt per site.
Small-business marketing sites
Brochure and lead-capture websites for local contractors: design, copy, photography handling, forms, call tracking, and hosting, delivered as a finished site the owner does not have to maintain.

Working sessions
Screen-share sessions where we assess a workflow, recommend what to use, and set it up with you live. Buy a single hour or a block and use the hours whenever you need them.

Monthly retainer
Standing development and advisory hours with priorities set together each month. Unused hours do not roll over. This is how our longer client engagements run.

Larger builds are quoted as fixed-price projects after a scoping session. Prices are in US dollars and exclude third-party costs such as hosting, model usage, and paid data sources, which are passed through at cost.
About
Eleven89 LLC is a small, owner-run company (owner: Philip Bradley) that has spent the last few years building AI-assisted tools and marketing systems for small businesses.
The company is deliberately small. The owner does the work personally, with AI coding agents doing much of the implementation under review. That is also why we run our own infrastructure: a fleet of cloud servers, a self-hosted model gateway, analytics, email delivery, and continuous backups, so that what we build for a client keeps working after the project ends.
Clients are typically owner-operated businesses with a specific operational problem: a catalog nobody can search, leads that go unanswered, a website that does not bring in work. We prefer engagements that end with a running system and a clear monthly cost.
